Bell (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in a civil 16 17 rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 18 On February 4, 2013, Plaintiff filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis. 19 (ECF No. 11.) Previously, on January 30, 2013, the Court found that Plaintiff was subject 20 to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g) and could not proceed in forma pauperis. (ECF No. 9.) The Court 21 dismissed Plaintiff’s action. (Id.) Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Plaintiff’s application to proceed in 22 23 forma pauperis, is DENIED. 24 IT IS SO ORDERED. 25 Dated: il0i0d 26 27 28 February 15, 2013 Michael J.
