CHOKATOS, et al., 12 Defendants. 1:12-cv-01936-LJO-GSA-PC ORDER REQUIRING PLAINTIFF TO FILE OPPOSITION OR STATEMENT OF NON-OPPOSITION TO DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT WITHIN THIRTY DAYS (Doc. 24.) 13 14 15 On April 23, 2014, defendants Chokatos and Stringer (“Defendants”) filed a motion for 16 summary judgment on the ground that Plaintiff failed to exhaust his administrative remedies. 17 (Doc. 24.) Plaintiff was required to file an opposition or a statement of non-opposition to the 18 motion within twenty-one days, but has not done so. Local Rule 230(l). 19 Accordingly, within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this order, Plaintiff 20 must file an opposition or a statement of non-opposition to Defendants’ motion for summary 21 judgment. If Plaintiff fails to comply with this order, this action will be dismissed, with 22 prejudice, for failure to obey the court=s order and failure to prosecute. 23 24 25 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
