Plaintiff Gregory Edison (“Plaintiff”), Defendants United States of America (“United

States”), GEO Group, Inc (“GEO”) and Management & Training Corporation (“MTC”) (collectively
19
“the parties”) stipulate, by and through the undersigned counsel, to extend the deadline for United
20
States to respond to the complaint to and including April 8, 2013.

The parties further agree to continue the date of the scheduling conference currently set for
22
April 9, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Thurston in Bakersfield, California to June 27,

2013 at 9:00 a.m. before Magistrate Judge Thurston in Bakersfield, California.
The parties base this stipulation on good cause, which includes the need for United States to

review the allegations in the Complaint and respond accordingly.

Accordingly, the parties stipulate and agree to continue the time for the United States to file a
