Plaintiff Gregory Edison (“Plaintiff”), Defendants United States of America (“United

States”), GEO Group, Inc (“GEO”) and Management & Training Corporation (“MTC”) (collectively

19

“the parties”) stipulate, by and through the undersigned counsel, to extend the deadline for the United

20

States to file its Reply to Plaintiff’s Opposition to the Motion to Dismiss to and including June 17,

21

2013. The parties also request the hearing date be continued from June 17, 2013 to June 24, 2013 ( or

22

any convenient date for the court).
The parties base this stipulation on good cause, which includes the need for the United States

23

to review the transcripts and other exhibits referenced in Plaintiff’s Opposition to the Motion to

25

Dismiss. Accordingly, the parties stipulate and agree to continue the time for the United States to file

26

its Reply and the hearing date, and base it on the above-stated good cause. The parties request the

27

court to endorse this stipulation by way of formal order.
