On October 16, 2014, Plaintiff filed a motion to compel discovery. (ECF No. 28.) On

October 27, 2014, Plaintiff filed a motion to extend the time to amend the pleadings. (ECF No. 29.)

To date, Defendants have not filed an opposition or statement of no opposition pursuant to Local Rule

230(l). Defendants’ counsel was served electronically with the motions through the Court’s CM/ECF
23
system. Local Rule 135; Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that within twenty (20) days from the date of

service of this order, Defendants shall file an opposition or statement of no opposition to Plaintiff’s
