(ECF No. 2.) 17 Plaintiff’s application demonstrates entitlement to proceed without prepayment of fees. 18 Notwithstanding this order, the Court does not direct that service be undertaken until the Court 19 screens the complaint in due course and issues its screening order. 20 Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis. 21 22 23 24 IT IS SO ORDERED.
