All Defendants have been dismissed out of the case with the exception of TARA CRUZ 27 28 29 and EDDIE CRUZ, both individuals. 2. The parties have engaged in settlement negotiations that are anticipated to bring resolution Stipulation and Order Continuing the March 24, 2014 Case Management Conference Page 1 1 2 3 to this case. There is currently an offer under consideration, and both counsel anticipate that the case will progress to settlement in the next ten (10) days. 4 3. In light of the anticipated settlement, it would serve the purposes of judicial economy to 5 continue the case management conference to a new date to allow the parties to continue 6 negotiations and resolve this final portion of the case. 7 4.
