The Court ordered Plaintiff to file her Second Amended Complaint, whether by stipulation or

motion, no later than July 8, 2013. (Doc. 32 at 2). On July 9, 2013, the parties filed a stipulation

accompanied by Plaintiff’s Second Amended Complaint, requesting the Court grant an extension of
20
time for the filing. (Doc. 33).

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: The parties’ request for an extension of time for
Plaintiff to file her Second Amended Complaint is GRANTED nunc pro tunc.
