On March 15, 2013, the Court dismissed the 14 petition pursuant to petitioner’s motion for voluntary dismissal. 15 On the same date, judgment was entered, and the judgment and 16 order of dismissal were served on Petitioner by mail. 17 On March 15, 2013 Petitioner filed another motion to dismiss 18 the petition. 19 Petitioner is INFORMED that the Court will not continue to 20 process his filings in the action in this Court because judgment 21 has been entered and the case terminated. 22 Therefore, Petitioner’s motion to dismiss the petition, 23 which was filed on March 15, 2013, is DISREGARDED. 24 IT IS SO ORDERED. 25 26 27 Dated: 0m8i78 March 19, 2013 SENIOR DISTRICT JUDGE 28 1
