Plaintiff Roberto Herrera is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma

pauperis in this civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On October 6,

2014, Plaintiff filed a motion seeking a copy of the Defendant’s November 13, 2013,

response to Plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction. (ECF No. 97.)
