On May 22, 2017, the parties filed a joint stipulation dismissing the action with prejudice

15

and with each party bearing its own costs and attorneys’ fees. (ECF No. 77). In light of the

16

parties’ stipulation, this action has been terminated, see Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii); Wilson v.

17

City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997), and has been dismissed with prejudice and

18

without an award of costs or attorneys’ fees. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is directed to close

19

this case.
