Plaintiff Derrick Wadell Cooper (“Plaintiff”), appearing pro se, filed a complaint in this
18
civil action on April 4, 2013. Plaintiff initially submitted an incomplete application to proceed in
19
forma pauperis. (Doc. 3). However, in compliance with the Court’s subsequent order, Plaintiff
20
has now submitted a properly completed application to proceed in forma pauperis. (Doc. 5). A
21
review of the application reveals that Plaintiff is entitled to proceed in forma pauperis and his
22
application is therefore GRANTED.
