On June 4, 2014, the magistrate judge issued Findings and Recommendations
18 recommending that Defendants’ motion to dismiss be denied. (ECF No. 54.) The Findings and
19 Recommendations included notice that any objections must be filed within thirty (30) days. No
20 party has filed objections to the Findings and Recommendations.

In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C), this Court has conducted
22 a de novo review of the case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the Court finds that the
23 Findings and Recommendations are supported by the record and by proper analysis.

Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that:
