On June 30, 2014 an order issued dismissing this action pursuant to the stipulation of the

parties and granting Plaintiff thirty days in which to file a motion for fees and costs. On July

19

21, 2014, Plaintiff filed a motion for an extension of time to file a request for fees and costs.

20

The Court finds good cause exists to extend the deadline for Plaintiff to file a motion for

21

fees and costs. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that that Plaintiff’s motion for fees

22

and costs shall be filed on or before August 8, 2014.
