(ECF No. 20.) 19 The Findings and Recommendations were served on all parties and contained notice that any 20 objections were to be filed within fourteen (14) days. No party has filed objections to the 21 Findings and Recommendations. 22 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C), this Court has conducted 23 a de novo review of the case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the Court finds that the 24 Findings and Recommendations are supported by the record and by proper analysis. 25 Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that: 26 1. FULL (ECF No. 20); 27 28 The Findings and Recommendations dated August 1, 2013 are ADOPTED IN 2. This is action is REMANDED to state court on the grounds that this Court lacks 1 jurisdiction over this action; 1 2 3.
