IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, through their undersigned attorneys, that

Defendant shall have a first extension of time of thirty (30) days to file her response to Plaintiff’s

21

opening brief. Defense counsel requests more time to respond to Plaintiff’s opening brief due to its

22

recent reassignment to her caseload and the need to familiarize herself with the facts. The new due

23

date will be February 20, 2014.

The parties further stipulate that the Court’s Scheduling Order shall be modified
accordingly.
