Company of Connecticut (“Travelers”) and Defendant National Fire Insurance Company of

Hartford (“National Fire”) have jointly requested that the Court dismiss National Fire Insurance

Company of Hartford from this case, with prejudice, pursuant to FRCP 41 (a) (2), following

settlement.
