As a result, counsel for Plaintiff requires additional time to draft the 23 Motion for Summary Judgment. Further, holiday vacations make meeting the current deadline 24 difficult. Additionally, Counsel for Defendant has informed us that she will best be able to 25 address Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment after February 3, 2014. The Motion for 26 MOTION – Page 1 1:13-CV-00793-SKO 1 Summary Judgment is currently due on December 20, 2013. Plaintiff requests an extension of 2 time of 45 days, to February 3, 2014. 3 4 The parties stipulate that the Court’s Scheduling Order shall be modified accordingly.
