Plaintiff Michael J. Payan (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma
16
pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On May 22, 2017, the parties
17
filed a stipulation to dismiss this action with prejudice under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure
18
41(a)(1)(A)(ii). (ECF No. 157.)
19
Accordingly, the Court orders that:
20
1.
This action is dismissed with prejudice by operation of law pursuant to Federal
21
Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). Each party shall bear its own litigation costs and
22
attorneys’ fees; and
23
2.
The Clerk of the Court is directed to terminate all pending motions and deadlines,
24
and close this case.
