Plaintiffs and Counter-Defendants, Tavie Diversified, Inc., a California corporation, C.M.A.,
7 a California general partnership, and Red Rock Ranch, Inc., a California corporation, (collectively
8 referred to as “Plaintiffs”) and Defendant and Counterclaimant The Pictsweet Company, (hereinafter
9 referred to as “Defendant”), hereby stipulate to extend the discovery deadline in the
10 above-referenced matter from April 30, 2014 to May 23, 2014. The parties agree that additional time
11 is needed to conduct discovery in lieu of the number of depositions to be taken and the fact that
12 some of the depositions will be taken out of state.

The matter having come before the court by stipulation of counsel for Plaintiffs and
14 Defendants to extend the discovery deadline and each party and their respective counsel, having
