Case No. 1:13−CV−00967 AWI−JLT
STIPULATION FOR EXTENSION OF
TIME TO RESPOND TO
COMPLAINT; ORDER
(Doc. 20)
17
Plaintiff Richard Nuwintore (“Plaintiff”), Defendants United States of America (“United
18
19
States”), and Management & Training Corporation (“MTC”) (collectively “the parties”) stipulate, by
20
and through the undersigned counsel, that the deadline for the United States to respond to the
21
complaint will be on or before November 18, 2013.
The parties base this stipulation on good cause, which includes the need for the United States
22
23
to review the allegations in the complaint and respond accordingly. The parties agree that this short
24
extension of the time for the United States to respond will not cause any prejudice to the parties.
