On October 9, 2012, an order was entered, dismissing the complaint and granting Plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint. On October 9, 2013, Plaintiff filed a notice of 19 20 change of address, indicating his transfer to a different facility. 21 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 22 1. The Clerk shall re-serve the October 6, 2013, order on Plaintiff at his address of record. 23 2.
