The 19 Magistrate Judge has recommended that the United States’ motion for default judgment be 20 granted. The time for objecting to the Findings and Recommendations Recommending the 21 Grant of Plaintiff’s Ex Parte Application for Default Judgment has passed and no timely 22 objections have been filed. An Order Adopting Findings and Recommendations 23 Recommending the Grant of Plaintiff’s Ex Parte Application for Default Judgment was filed 24 on January 29, 2014. Based on the Magistrate Judge’s Findings and Recommendations 25 Recommending the Grant of Plaintiff’s Ex Parte Application for Default Judgment, the 26 Order Adopting Findings and Recommendations Recommending the Grant of Plaintiff’s Ex 27 Parte Application for Default Judgment, and the files and records of the Court, it is 28 /// 29 1 Default Judgment and Final Judgment of Forfeiture 1 ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED: 2 1. The Court adopts the Magistrate Judge’s December 11, 2013 Findings and 3 Recommendations Recommending the Grant of Plaintiff’s Ex Parte Application for Default 4 Judgment in full. 5 6 7 2. Jeffrey Owen Gilbert, Ethan Joseph Milhous, and Mitch M. Milhous are held in default. 3. A judgment by default is hereby entered against any right, title, or interest in the 8 defendant approximately $15,408.00 in U.S. Currency, and all other potential claimants 9 who have not filed claims in this action. 10 4. A final judgment is hereby entered forfeiting all right, title, and interest in the 11 defendant approximately $15,408.00 in U.S. Currency, including all right, title, and interest 12 of Jeffrey Owen Gilbert, Ethan Joseph Milhous, and Mitch M. Milhous; and vesting all 13 right, title, and interest in the defendant approximately $15,408.00 in U.S. Currency, to be 14 disposed of according to law. 15 5.
