Plaintiff Richard St. Clair (“Plaintiff”), defendants Mortgage Electronic Registration
Systems, Inc. and U.S. Bank, N.A., as Trustee For Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through
Certificates, WMALT Series 2007-OA3, and defendant JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“Chase”)
hereby respectfully stipulate and request that the initial scheduling conference currently set for April
21, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. in front of Magistrate Judge Barbara A. McAuliffe (see Dkt. 35) be continued
to June 2, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. or such later date as the Court prefers.

The parties so stipulate and request because Defendants have filed motions to dismiss that

were taken under submission by the Court’s order of January 21, 2014 (see Dkt. 34). Until those

motions are resolved, it is unclear what claims and theories are properly at issue in this case.

Accordingly, the parties submit that the Court’s and the parties resources would be conserved by

5

continuing the date of the initial scheduling conference, and the deadlines triggered by that date,

6

until the motions have been resolved.
