ALROWHANY, et al., 15 Defendants. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) Case No.: 1: 13-CV-01357 - LJO - JLT ORDER CLOSING CASE 16 17 The parties have stipulated to dismiss the action with each side to bear their own fees and costs. 18 (Doc. 79) The stipulation relies upon Fed.R.Civ.P. 41, which permits the plaintiff to dismiss an action 19 without a court order “by filing . . . a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared.” 20 Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). Because all parties who have appeared in the action signed the 21 stipulation (Doc. 79), it “automatically terminate[d] the action.” Wilson v.
