Valencia (“Plaintiff”) is a California state prisoner proceeding pro se in 17 18 this civil action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff filed this action on August 30, 2013. He 19 filed a Second Amended Complaint on September 25, 2015. The Court screened Plaintiff’s Second Amended Complaint on December 17, 2015, and 20 21 found that it states an Eighth Amendment deliberate indifference claim against Defendants Kokor 22 and Sundaram.
