On September 27, 2013, an order issued 17 setting the mandatory scheduling conference for December 3, 2013. On November 18, 2013, 18 District Judge Antony W. Ishii granted the parties’ stipulation and this action was stayed for the 19 parties to complete an appraisal and engage in alternative dispute resolution. Accordingly, 20 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the mandatory scheduling conference set for December 21 3, 2013, is VACATED. Within forty-five (45) days from the date of service of this order the 22 parties shall file a joint status report to inform the Court of the status of the appraisal and 23 alternative dispute resolution process. 24 25 26 IT IS SO ORDERED.
