This action was filed on September 26, 2013. On November 18, 2013, District Judge

17 Antony W. Ishii granted the parties’ stipulation and this action was stayed. The parties filed a
18 status report on May 1, 2014, as ordered by the Court. The parties are in the process of
19 scheduling an appraisal hearing which is anticipated to occur in late 2014 or early 2015.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall continue to file joint status

21 reports every ninety days to inform the Court of the status of the appraisal and alternative dispute
22 resolution process.
