CLAIRE, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, has filed a civil rights action pursuant to 42 17 18 U.S.C. ยง 1983. In his complaint, plaintiff alleges violations of his civil rights occurred in 19 Tuolumne County, which is part of the Fresno division of this court. See Local Rule 120(d). 20 Pursuant to Local Rule 120(f), a civil action which has not been commenced in the proper 21 division of this court may be transferred to the proper division. Therefore, this action will be 22 transferred to the Fresno division. 23 Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 24 1.
