JOHN ROBERTS, Defendant. 13 14 Case No. 1:13-cv-01598-LJO-SAB Plaintiff Jerry Dwayne Brumbaugh (“Plaintiff”) filed the complaint in this action on 15 October 4, 2013. (ECF No. 1.) The same day, Plaintiff filed an application to proceed in forma 16 pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. (ECF No. 2.) Plaintiff’s application demonstrates 17 entitlement to proceed without prepayment of fees. 18 Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma 19 pauperis is GRANTED.
