Plaintiff Sebastian Blount is a former California state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma

pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
On May 6, 2015, the parties, after reaching a settlement agreement, filed a stipulation to

dismiss this action pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii).1
The stipulation is GRANTED. This action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, and each

party shall bear their own costs and fees.
