Pursuant to the joint stipulation for dismissal with prejudice filed May 7, 2015
pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii),

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that this matter be dismissed with prejudice, each

party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees, except as otherwise may be
22
allocated in the Parties’ settlement agreement. The Court will retain jurisdiction to
23
enforce the parties’ Settlement Agreement. The Clerk is directed to close this case.
