LA-13-014 and No. LA-13-015, 20 pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-9. 21 On September 25, 2013, the Court held a hearing on this matter. The Court issued an 22 order (Docket No. 6) enforcing the EEOC’s subpoenas on October 15, 2013. The EEOC served 23 a copy of this order on Respondent Ayala.
