Tony Lee Hill (“Plaintiff") is a state prisoner, proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis

18

in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. ' 1983.

19

commencing this action on January 2, 2014. (Doc. 1.)

Plaintiff filed the Complaint

20

On March 6, 2014, the court issued an order revoking Plaintiff’s in forma pauperis

21

status under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g) and ordering Plaintiff to pay the $400.00 filing fee in full for

22

this action within thirty days. (Doc. 26.) Plaintiff was forewarned in the court’s order that his

23

failure to pay the filing fee would result in the dismissal of this case. (Id. at 3 ¶4.) The thirty

24

day time period for Plaintiff to pay the filing fee has expired, and Plaintiff has not paid the

25

filing fee.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

This action is DISMISSED, without prejudice, for Plaintiff=s failure to pay the
$400.00 filing fee pursuant to the court’s order of March 6, 2014;

All pending motions are DENIED as moot; and

The Clerk of Court is directed to CLOSE this case.
