Gordon D. Meador (APlaintiff@) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma

pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. ' 1983. On November 30, 2016,

15

Plaintiff filed a notice of change of address. (ECF No. 100). In the notice, Plaintiff asks the

16

Court for a status update on his case.

The Court generally does not provide updates on the status of a case. ECF No. 3, pgs.

3-4. Accordingly, Plaintiff’s request for a status update will be denied. However, the Court

19

notes that it has received Plaintiff’s notices of change of address. The Court has also received a

20

motion for summary judgment by defendants, which the Court will rule on once all of the

21

briefing been filed.

Based on the foregoing, it is ORDERED that Plaintiff’s request for a status update is
DENIED.
