IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, through their undersigned attorneys, to

16 extend the time 30 days to October 2, 2014, for Plaintiff to file her Opening Brief, in accordance

with the Court’s Scheduling Order. This is Plaintiff’s first request for an extension. The
extension is requested because Plaintiff’s counsel is experiencing health problems that have

caused a backlog in her workload.
The parties further stipulate that the Court’s Scheduling Order be modified accordingly.
