Plaintiff, Saundra Duffy-Hawkins (“Plaintiff”), and Defendant Robert A. McDonald,

Secretary, Department of Veterans Affairs (“Defendant”), by and through their undersigned counsel,

19

jointly stipulate to extend the dates for non-expert discovery and the non-dispositive motion deadline

20

one month, as specifically set forth below.
The parties base this stipulation on good cause as the parties have been engaged in settlement

21

negotiations to resolve the matter. However, the efforts were unsuccessful and the parties require this

23

brief extension, approximately thirty days, to complete discovery in the case. This one month

24

extension does not affect the dispositive motion deadline, the pre-trial conference nor the trial date.
