Plaintiff, Alyse M. Caton, and Defendant, Sallie Mae, Inc., by and through
undersigned counsel, hereby agree and request the Court’s approval of an

extension of time until March 14, 2014 for Defendant to respond to Plaintiff’s
Complaint. This Joint Motion is made with respect to the following:
1. Plaintiff’s Complaint was filed on January 21, 2014.

counsel to investigate the claims and allow the parties to explore early

resolution of the matter.

Based on the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by
