On March 9, 2018, a writ of habeas corpus ad testificandum issued to transport Plaintiff Perry
14
Washington to Court to appear for an evidentiary hearing on April 10, 2018. On March 12, 2018,
15
an amended order issued. On April 1, 2018, a memorandum was received from the Correctional
16
Case Records Supervisor at Mule Creek State Prison stating that Plaintiff was scheduled to be
17
released from custody on April 1, 2018. A copy of the letter was provided to counsel for the parties
18
in this action; and Plaintiff’s counsel confirmed that Plaintiff has been released. Further, a review
19
of the Department of Corrections website indicates that there is no inmate by Plaintiff’s name in
20
custody.
Accordingly, the writ of habeas corpus ad testificandum to transport Plaintiff Perry
21

Washington is HEREBY VACATED.
