FRESNO COUNTY SHERIFF, et al., Oppositions filed by May 4, 2018 Hearing: May 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in Courtroom 9 Defendants. 15 16 17 The Court conducted an evidentiary hearing regarding whether Plaintiff exhausted his 18 administrative remedies on April 10, 2018. The matter was taken under submission following 19 the hearing. On April 20, 2018, Plaintiff’s counsel filed a motion to withdraw as attorney and a 20 request to shorten time to hear the motion. The Court finds that good cause exists to grant the 21 request to hear the motion on shortened time. Further, to allow consideration of the motion, all 22 pending dates in this matter shall be vacated to be reset in short order following decision on this 23 motion and the determination of whether Plaintiff exhausted his administrative remedies prior to 24 filing suit in this action. 25 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 26 1. 2018; 27 28 Any opposition to the motion to withdraw shall be filed on or before May 4, 2.
