On April 24, 2014, this Court entered an order dismissing plaintiff Western

Reserve Life Assurance Company of Ohio with prejudice and with recovery of fees.

The Order contained a mathematical error in the sum of the fees and costs. The

23

Order identified the fees and costs awarded to Western Reserve Life. However, the

24

sum of the fees and costs in the Order is in error. The fees in the amount of

25

$4,932.00 and costs in the amount of $1,637.06 total $6,569.06, not $6,596.06.
