Plaintiff Salvador Carrillo Leon (“Plaintiff”) filed the complaint in this action on

16 February 13, 2014. (ECF No. 1.) To date, Plaintiff has not paid the $400.00 filing fee or filed an
17 application to proceed in forma pauperis without prepayment of the filing fee.

Based upon the foregoing, it is HEREBY ORDERED that within thirty (30) days of the

19 date of service of this order, Plaintiff shall pay the $400.00 filing fee or file an application to
20 proceed in forma pauperis without prepayment of the filing fee. Plaintiff is forewarned that
21 failure to pay the filing fee or file an application to proceed in forma pauperis will result in
22 dismissal of this action.
