The parties, by and through their attorneys of record, stipulate as follows:

Defendants are unable to respond to the request for production of documents,

served by the plaintiffs on November 4, 2014, due to the schedule of counsel and a

20

pre-planned vacation of counsel over the Thanksgiving holiday. Plaintiff’s counsel has

21

granted the defendant a two week extension to respond to the pending request for

22

production provided that defendant stipulate to move the deadline in the September

23

15, 2014 Scheduling Order regarding the Pleading Amendment Deadline.

The current due date for the filing of amended pleadings, either through a

25

stipulation or motion to amend, is December 15, 2014.
