On August 29, 2014, the parties stipulated for Defendant to have an extension of time to serve
18
and lodge the administrative record. (Doc. 13.) Notably, the Scheduling Order permits a single thirty-
19
day extension by the stipulation of parties (Doc. 8 at 4), and this is the first extension requested. Thus,
20
the requested extension of seven days is appropriate. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
21
1.
The extension of time is GRANTED nunc pro tunc; and
22
2.
Defendant SHALL serve and lodge the administrative record no later than
