(Doc. 10.) The Scheduling Order allows for “a single thirty (30) day extension” by 19 stipulation of the parties. (Doc. 8 at 4.) Previously, the defendant requested an additional seven days to 20 prepare the administrative record. (Docs. 13-14.) Here, Plaintiff seeks an extension of twenty-one days 21 “to allow additional time to fully research the issues presented.” (Doc. 17 at 2.) Because the parties 22 have not used the full thirty days authorized by the Scheduling Order, the extension is appropriate. 23 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 24 1. Plaintiff’s request for an extension of time is GRANTED; and 25 2. Plaintiff SHALL file an opening brief on or before December 22, 2014. 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
