On January 14, 2016, this Court conducted a 14 15 settlement conference. During the settlement conference, the parties reached a settlement 16 agreement. 17 Based upon the settlement of this action, it is HEREBY ORDERED that: 18 1. All pending matters and dates in this action are VACATED; 19 2.
