Plaintiff Archie Cranford, a civil detainee proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, filed
18 this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. ยง 1983 on February 28, 2014. Plaintiff seeks leave to
19 proceed in forma pauperis. Good cause having been shown, Plaintiff=s motion to proceed in forma
20 pauperis is HEREBY GRANTED, Page v. Torrey, 201 F.3d 1136, 1140 (9th Cir. 2000), and
21 Plaintiff=s complaint will be screened in due course, 28 U.S.C. ' 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii).
