The Court, having reviewed the stipulation of the counsel indicating the matter is not

currently in a settlement posture, the Court GRANTS the request to continue the settlement from
20
January 13, 2015 to April 13, 2015 at 1:30.

In addition, based upon the information contained in the mid-discovery status conference
22
report (Doc. 27), the Court VACATES the mid-discovery status conference set on January 13,
23
2015. The parties are reminded of their obligation to complete all discovery by the deadlines set
24
forth in the scheduling order (Doc. 20).
