On November 17, 2014, the parties stipulated for Defendant to have an extension of time to file
18
a response to Plaintiff’s opening brief. (Doc. 12.) Notably, the Scheduling Order permits a single
19
thirty-day extension by the stipulation of parties (Doc. 4 at 4), and this is the first extension requested.
20
Thus, an extension of thirty days is appropriate.
21
22
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: The extension of time is GRANTED and
Defendant SHALL file a response to Plaintiff’s opening brief no later than December 19, 2014.
