DEADLINE: JULY 31, 2014 14 15 16 Dale Selvick (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights action 17 pursuant to 42 U.S.C. ' 1983. On June 18, 2014, a stipulation to extend time for defendant 18 Kelso to respond to the complaint was filed, containing the signatures of counsel for Plaintiff 19 and counsel for defendant Kelso. (Doc. 16.) After consideration of the stipulation, and good 20 cause appearing, the court hereby approves the stipulation and grants the extension of time as 21 set forth. 22 23 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that defendant Kelso is granted an extension of time until July 31, 2014 in which to respond to the complaint. 24 25 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
